Tattarang Springs' Bottle Blush Gin is built on a classic London Dry base, then gently steeped with handpicked bottlebrush blossoms for a naturally soft pink hue and subtle floral complexity. Rosella, strawberry gum and rose petals add to the delicate aromatic character over a backbone of juniper. Balanced and elegant, it shows how native bottlebrush can colour and perfume a gin without a drop of added colour.
