Boompjes 100% Moutwijn is made entirely from triple-distilled maltwine of rye, malt and corn, aged four to five years in American oak, then infused with fresh mandarin peel and juniper. The long barrel time gives it a mellow, whisky-like depth under the citrus lift. Mandarin peel brings sweet, fragrant citrus — a friendly note to reach for when you build your own gin.
