A liqueur-style gin from St Agnes Distillery in the Riverland: organic mandarin peel is split, with one-third soaked in spirit and distilled, the rest air-dried above the historic pot stills, then the blend sweetened with organic sugar. The result is an explosion of intense mandarin aroma mid-palate with a juicy orange-citrus finish, long and moreish over ice, with soda or in an aromatic tonic. Mandarin lends a sweet, juicy citrus warmth — a hero botanical to make your own gin sing.
