A small-batch citrus gin from HM Gin (Hillmartin) in Plenty, Victoria, made in partnership with Bergamia in the Yarra Valley. Bold, aromatic bergamot zest is balanced by classic juniper, unfolding into floral, fragrant citrus with the familiar lift of Earl Grey and a full, oily mouthfeel. A stand-out in a martini with a twist. Bergamot is a luxurious hero for your own bill — citrus supercharged, with a perfumed floral edge.
