Launched in 2010 to follow the Summer Edition, this wintery release from Beefeater master distiller Desmond Payne dresses the classic recipe for the colder months. The familiar juniper base gains Christmassy warmth from cinnamon, nutmeg and resinous pine shoots. Those pine shoots add a fresh, forest-floor note — one to reach for when you build a festive bill of your own.
