A seasonal line extension created by Beefeater master distiller Desmond Payne and launched in 2010. It takes the original Beefeater recipe built on juniper and lifts it with floral, summery additions of elderflower, hibiscus and blackcurrant. That hibiscus brings a tart, rosy brightness — a hero botanical to make your own summer gin sing.
