Aura is billed as the world's first gin macerated with white truffle, made in collaboration with Karlic Tartufi. Juniper harvested in the ecologically pure Cicarija is macerated for three months and distilled three times with nine spices and precious Motovun Forest white truffle, yielding aromas of moss, licorice and truffle over a dry, elegant palate. That earthy white truffle brings a rare, savoury depth — one to reach for when you build your own bill.
