The debut release from Science and Spirit, an Armenian company experimenting with low-pressure (vacuum) distillation at just 18-19°C to preserve delicate aromatics. Release No.1 uses 12 botanicals plus pomegranate infused into neutral grain spirit, including juniper, andaliman, angelica, cardamom, coriander, citrus, frankincense, iris, liquorice, nutmeg, timut pepper and cassia. Pomegranate brings a bright, tart fruitiness — a hero botanical to make your own gin sing.
