Wheeler's Western Dry Gin
santafespirits.com Reviewed by Gin School; distillery has not claimed entry
Named for explorer and cartographer George Wheeler, this Santa Fe gin is built on a maize base and distilled with indigenous Southwest botanicals. Over the juniper you'll find hop flowers, earthy osha root and delicate magenta flowers, giving it a distinctly New Mexican character. That osha root brings a warm, herbal-resinous note — a hero botanical to make your own gin sing.
