Two Birds Gin is produced in 100-bottle batches from a 25-litre bespoke handmade copper pot still in Market Harborough, Leicestershire. The recipe — and even the number of botanicals — is kept under wraps, though juniper anchors it as ever. With the bill undisclosed, it is juniper itself that carries the gin, the one botanical no gin can do without when you build your own bill.
