Strange Nature is a grape-based gin made by the Giesen family in Marlborough, New Zealand, distilled from the clean spirit left over when alcohol is gently spun out of their Sauvignon Blanc to make a 0% wine. It carries just one botanical — juniper, the essential heart of all gin.
