A London dry distilled one-shot in a traditional pot still, Sky Wave packs in thirteen botanicals including local hedgerow-foraged blackberries and locally grown raspberries, with juniper at the core. Reduced with spring water from the grounds of Blenheim Palace, it's left uncold-filtered by makers Rachel and Andy Parsons, so it may louche beautifully with tonic. Foraged blackberries bring a dark, hedgerow sweetness — a hero botanical to make your own gin sing.
