V.J.O.P. stands for Very Junipery Over Proof, and Sipsmith delivers exactly that: a navy-strength gin carrying twice the juniper of their London Dry, built through a three-part juniper-infusion process that includes a three-day maceration. At 57.7% it's unashamedly piney and powerful. For anyone who loves juniper front and centre, it's the obvious hero to lead with when you build your own bill.
