Sears “Cutting Edge Gin” earns its name literally: the makers cut their fresh botanicals with razor-sharp knives, claiming this preserves the plants' cell structure so flavour is revealed more cleanly in distillation. Bottled at 44% with juniper at its core, it's a gin built around method as much as recipe.
