Launched in 2015, the navy-strength sibling to Dunnet Bay's Rock Rose is bottled at a punchy 57% ABV. It keeps the same foraged Caithness character — juniper, sea buckthorn, rowan berries and watermint held in a vapour basket in a 500-litre copper pot still. GinSchool discovery: watermint brings a cool, fresh-from-the-stream lift — a gentler alternative to garden mint in your own bill.
