A 1,000-bottle special edition released April 2019, Local Heroes #03 was made in collaboration with Dire Straits frontman Mark Knopfler. Produced at The Distillery on a copper pot still named King Henry, it adds fresh lime zest, cucumber and olive oil to Portobello's usual botanical line-up built on juniper. That crisp cucumber is a hero botanical to bring a cool, fresh lift to your own gin.
