The sixth edition of Monkey 47's Experimentum Series, "2y06: London", made at the Wild Monkey Distillery's Booze Lab and inspired by a British Sunday roast. Using vacuum distillation, mint from the brand's own garden is blended with a reduction of vinegar and diced pearl onions, then finished with honey from the distillery farm — all around the signature juniper. Fresh mint brings a cooling, herbal snap — a playful hero to experiment with when you build your own bill.
