From Echuca Distillery in the river port town of Echuca Moama, this small-batch gin is hand-distilled in their copper still and combines Australian passionfruit with butterfly pea flower. Floral, fruity and visually spectacular, the butterfly pea gives a blue-violet hue that shifts colour in the glass. Bottled at 40% ABV. That bloom of butterfly pea flower lends a dramatic colour shift — a hero botanical to make your own gin sing.
