Gretchen Distilled Dry Gin

A romantic dram from the Schladerer family — Alfred created the recipe for his beloved Gretchen, and grandson Philipp brought it to life from his grandfather's handwritten 1947 notes. Distilled in traditional stills with eighteen botanicals including fresh berries, flowers and herbs over a juniper base, it arrives in a bottle illustrated by Olaf Hajek with a Black Forest scene. Juniper remains the heart — get its piney resin right and everything else can bloom around it.
