Gordon's The Original London Dry (UK 47.3% Yellow)
gordonsgin.com Reviewed by Gin School; distillery has not claimed entry
Gordon's traces its secret recipe to Alexander Gordon in 1769 — juniper, coriander, angelica and liquorice, triple distilled into what became a benchmark for the classic G&T. This clear-bottle yellow 'export' label was created to mark a prestigious 1907 Australian order; only the bottle and strength differ, as the same botanical recipe runs through both. Juniper is the spine of any London Dry — master it first and the rest of your bill falls into place.
