An ultra-premium French gin built on grape neutral spirit, evoking springtime in the vineyards. Its signature is the vine flower — the green blossom of the Ugni Blanc vine, hand-picked in the brief week it flowers before maturing into grapes — steeped and distilled apart, then blended with juniper, ginger, liquorice, cassia, cardamom, coriander, cubeb, nutmeg and lime. GinSchool discovery: vine flower is a fleeting hero botanical, available only days a year before it turns to fruit — a reminder that timing the harvest is half the craft when you build your own bill.
