Inspired by British sloe gin, this German gin from the Saar is infused with freshly harvested muscatel quince and Rausch Kabinett Riesling, over a juniper base. The result is soft, fruity and lightly sweet at a gentle bottling strength. Fragrant and honeyed, quince is a hero botanical to reach for when you want a mellow, autumnal fruit note in your own bill.
