Applewood Distillery's Coral Gin is an oceanic, floral homage to the Australian hinterland and barrier reef, full of delicate, savoury berries intermingled with sea spray and cliffside succulents. Strawberry gum and riberry bring tart, fruity depth while coastal karkalla adds briny succulence over a juniper base. Strawberry gum is a wonderful native to fold into your own bill — its leaf carries an uncanny sweet, berry-like aroma.
