Burleigh's Distiller's Cut is a premium-strength gin from master distiller Jamie Baxter, built on the same 11 botanicals as the signature Burleigh's but in a different ratio — tilted towards softer, sweeter, more floral ingredients over a firm juniper core. Baxter suggests it for a Martinez, or a G&T garnished with pink grapefruit and a sprig of rosemary. Proof that the same botanicals, re-balanced, can reinvent a gin — a lesson worth carrying into your own bill.
