A seasonal edition from Cape Byron Distillery, launched after the 2020 harvest and named for Eddie's grandmother Shirley — 'Shirl the Pearl' — who made her own cumquat gin. Locally grown cumquat is steeped in Brookie's Byron Dry Gin, layering zesty citrus over a backbone of juniper. Cumquat brings a bittersweet citrus brightness — a hero to make your own gin sing. 37.7% ABV.
