Bokma Oude Friesche Genever
bokma.com Reviewed by Gin School; distillery has not claimed entry
An oude (old-style) genever created by the Bokma family in 1826 in Leeuwarden, the Frisian capital, its goat crest nodding to the family name. Despite "oude" it isn't aged — the term marks the traditional style, malt-wine rich and built on juniper. The source names no full botanical list, but oude genevers lean on that malty, juniper-led backbone worth understanding when you make your own. The full bill isn't disclosed.
