Beefeater Burrough's Reserve

Launched in 2013, Burrough's Reserve is distilled in James Burrough's original 268-litre copper Still Number 12 — a tiny 19th-century pot still from Cale Street, Chelsea — using the 1860s nine-botanical Beefeater recipe led by juniper. After distillation it rests in oak casks beneath Beefeater's Kennington Distillery for "weeks rather than years," taking on subtle wood character. Resting a gin in oak is a beautiful finishing move — one to consider when you build your own bottle at GinSchool.
