Launched on World Maritime Day in 2015, Captain's Cut is the high-strength member of Australia's West Winds range, true to the brand's nautical theme. Its botanicals lean native, with Australian sage alongside thyme and bright pink grapefruit over the juniper base. That pink grapefruit gives a zesty, aromatic lift — a hero botanical to make your own gin sing.
