Gin School ®

Our customer service is now automated, and you are able to make alterations to bookings yourself.

Please visit and login using the link found in your receipt.

Gin School is usually booked out for several months in advance, late changes have an impact and we can’t always find replacement participants at short notice. Staff rosters, food and cocktails are prepared in advance of each class. These rules are designed to protect our business, but also to ensure if something does come up, you and your friends don’t miss out on a great experience.

Substitute Attendees

If you or any of your party who are named on the booking are unable to attend, you may send someone else to attend the class in their place. This must be done at least 2 hours prior to the class to ensure the Gin Generator software will work with the participants phone. If your substitute has different dietary requirements to you, we will do our best to accommodate them, but it might not be possible.

Simply login as above and make the change yourself to the new name, email and phone number, please make sure any dietary requirements are also saved.

GIN SCHOOL supplies are packed at a fully operational Distillery, all botanicals are packed by our team with care. The machinery used to pack botanicals also processes nuts, wheat, barley, dairy, sugar and other raw natural ingredients and wholefoods on their premises every day. Gin School is aware of potential allergies to these foods and the severity of the reactions some individual may experience. In the interest of safety and comfort of everybody attending Gin School classes, Gin School has a “General Public Allergy Policy”.

This policy applies to all people entering the premises, whether you attend a general Gin School class or a private event. Please see our General Public Allergy Policy for more information and to fill in the indemnity form if needed prior to booking a class.  Please email for a copy of our policy and to arrange for suitable catering.

GIN SCHOOL reserves the right to refuse entry to a Gin School class or a private event on the day (with no refund or class transfer available) if the student has a known allergy and hasn’t informed us prior to attending the class or hasn’t filled in the indemnity form. We will do our best to cater for people with Allergies, but need to remain informed.

Plan to arrive 15 minutes early! It can disrupt the class schedule if people arrive late.

Classes run by The Gin School will start on time. We advise students to arrive on time for the beginning of the class. We kindly ask that you arrive no later than 15 minutes prior to class commencing as we will be starting on time. If a student is late for a class, it is extremely difficult to catch up with the rest of the class and minimise disruption as Gin School instructors will not have the time to interrupt the class and begin again for every late student. If you are more than 15 minutes late for a class you will not be able to start the class.

You will not attend if you have become ill within 48 hours before your class with any diseases such as colds and flu, diarrhoea, vomiting… As those sorts of diseases can be spread through food, we need to protect all our students. Gin School reserves the right to refuse entry to a Gin School class on the day (with no refund or class transfer available) if a student is deemed unwell and at the risk of infecting others during the class. If you become unwell are subject to travel restrictions due to illness we’d be happy to reschedule your classes subject to our cancellation policy. We recommend finding a substitute.

This is an immersive, hands-on class. You will be on your feet most of the time so please wear comfortable shoes.

As we are committed to serve you only the best produce, please note that some of the botanicals available for classes may vary slightly depending on product availability on the day, if you have a particular botanical you wish to use, you should ask us with sufficient time to get that botanical into stock. You cannot bring botanicals or ingredients into the Gin School.

Please note that some cameras are placed in the school and the classes can be filmed and broadcast live or at a later date. Some classes may be recorded and part of the content may be used for promoting future classes on Gin School online channels, including (but not restricted to) Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and both on our blog and newsletter.
